Is is a total of 39 skill points or the 20 from level ups+39 more. Either way IGN;Blind To Justice I'm sure we can work out a reasonable price.

Well, its 15k EXP a skill point, so its about 10k a skill point. Thats way to expensive for me, sorry, but I'd pay 2k a skill point, and id like to be afk if possible.
